What would be the correct way of replying?

If the answer is yes:

  • A. Yes, why not!
  • B. I would have come.

If the answer is no:

  • A. I don’t fancy going outside
  • B. Hmmm, not sure!

You can answer this without even knowing the meaning of the sentence. 
Do you = present
would have = not present
yes, why not! = yes
I do not fancy = no
not sure = maybe, not no
