I would say “it means you have a stable income,without having to take risks” 🙂
It means that you will have a stable income without having to take risks*
“Being an accountant is a secure occupation. It means that you will have a stable income that does not require you to take risks.”
or
“Being an accountant is a secure occupation. It means that you will have a stable income that does not require you to be a risk taker.”
Both would be correct. Your English is quite good!
