How can I understand the addres when talking on the phone?

You need to ask the person to talk slowly or spell the address for you.
There is no shame is asking this. Another good thing to do is, repeat the details back so you’re sure that you have the correct information.

it`s simple you need to ask him about what you want exactly
if he spoke and you don`t understood what he mean tell him to reply again but slowly
or ask him about details you will be the leader not him
example for this
please tel me about street name
then ask him about house number
then telephone number
what ever you want ask him about it
