What does stitch it up mean?

Take something that you usually do one way and do it a different way. Saying switch it up is like saying “lets do something new” or “different”. It’s usually said in a positive way. I hope that helps!

stitch it up – to sew together (mend) with a few stitches or sutures
(I believe in the UK it can also mean to make someone look guilty for something the person did not do.)
