All claims except one have been paid in full to date and the one remaining has to do with damages to Kuwait’s oil fields.

All claims to individuals ended about 12 years ago. There is no Operations Manager.

The UNCC is aware of various email scams: the UNCC only makes payments to governments .
The UNCC does not pay individuals or companies.
The UNCC does not have any individuals or banks acting as its agent.
