You have join a language training institute. But, u should not join http://www.languagetrainers.com. We both husband and wife wanted to be fluent in English and got admitted to the English language trainer. After one month of training, we found that we are cheated. Very poor training. The trainer isn’t well-read. No special effort made to improve the speaking. Don’t go for such courses.
