The messages tab has never worked for me ever since I joined, regardless of what device, browser, or link I use. While it’s possible this isn’t an issue for everyone, I’ve already controlled for other factors to make sure it’s not a problem on my end.

We will take a look at this for you. Can you tell us what browser you normally use? No-one else has raised this issue so we really do need to take this as an individual case.

Chrome (most recent build), but persists in and out of “incognito mode”, Firefox (updated 3? months ago probably), and safari IOS 9.1 are the browsers I use between home and office.
